   Both are awesome. Yoga beauty Body gets you really deeply into poses such as camel, and makes you feel GREAT, however QF would be the one to choose if you *had* to. It's incredibly versatile with tons of options...long practices, short practices, and supersets. I'd go for QF and get YBB next :)
